At just a 5 or 10 minute stroll you’ll find a supermarket, restaurants, bars and shops, as well as the port. Beautiful, detached and very spacious 4-bedroom family holiday house with garage. Complete with air conditioning, swimming pool and table tennis, located in the much sought after and quiet residential area of Portals Nous, Mallorca. Only 20 minutes drive from Palma airport and a short walking distance to fabulous beaches.
The house comprises of 260m2 living area set in an 850m2 mature landscaped and terraced garden with an attractive variety of fruit trees, Mediterranean plants and palms.

The History Of Villa Marpessa
The house is in a 850sqm area of landscaped garden and is of 263sqm living space.
It was built in 1962 and was originally constructed as 2 separate living areas, upstairs and downstairs with no connecting internal staircase.
The smallest bedroom was originally a storage/wine cellar with access only from an outside door. The house been converted and renovated along the way creating what is now our welcoming house.
It has been our family home since 1996 with our 3 children growing up here and it has given us, our family and many friends many fond and fun memories and hope that it will for you too!
